The Huntington Botanical Gardens

The Huntington Conservatory is designed to promote observation and experimentation as it takes visitors through the bog garden, cloud forest, tropical rain forest and laboratory. Microscopes, scissors, eyedroppers, petri dishes, mortars and pestles are among the tools that facilitate experimentation in the labratory – cut it smash it, grind it test it, look deep into its structure to discover the wonders of nature on many scales. DPA, Inc. designed the interior, exhibits and lanscape of this hands-on facility.
