San Diego Zoo
Along with the design of the new Cheetah Run Exhibit at the San Diego Zoo’s Safari Park, DPA also designed the entry monument/photo opportunity for visitors. It only takes a few seconds for a cheetah to complete his run, leaving little opportunity for visitors to watch and photograph themselves during the daily event. Now this entry signage/photo opportunity art gives plenty of time to create a lasting memory in this beautiful setting. A face on sculpture of a cheetah in full run charges through the Savannah type layered grasses in this artistic piece.
